Calorie Counter

ive add the Calorie Counter to my blog 
its on the right hand side

you just click setting put in your info
then click what you have eaten
and it will show you have many calories you have used 

i should be eating 2643 calories a day
but ive only eat 201 calories with out feeling like im starving 

what ive eaten

Breakfast:
3-4 glasses of water                                                  00 Calories 

lunch:
one cucumber                                                             11 Calories 

Diner:
one chicken breast cut up into very tiny pieces    140 Calories 

Snack:
Apple                                                                             47 Calories
Diet Soda                                                                      03 Calories 


i think i am going to stick to this way of eating 
but i am only going to eat dinner ever other night 
since it is the most calories i am consuming 

i dont feel hungry at all 
i actually fell pretty full

Fasting Day 4-7

ive been fasting for a whole weeks now and ive lost 9 more pounds 
all together ive lost 13lbs in 7 days 
ive been working out like crazy and i havent eaten at all
right now water and lime juice mixed together are the only things ive been consuming 

words can express how i feel right now 
ive gone from 156lbs to 143lbs in 7 days
im 13lbs away from my goal weight of 13olbs
all i have to do is keep this up for one more week 

fasting has had its side affects 
i havent been able to focus on anything at all 
ive been having dizzy spells
im always sleepy
and im weak 
it hurts so do normal things
like when i was brushing my teeth this morning
it felt like i was holding a 100lb weight and now a little tooth brush
ive fainted a couple time also but not infront of anyone


other than those things im proud of myself

people have started to notice that im loosing weight 
everyone is complimenting my and telling me how good
i look and that i should keep up what im doing and that i should tell them my secret

and the guy ive been crushing on since like november of last year 
finally asked me out 
he just came up to me in the hall and asked me if i could go out with him sometime
he told me that he never really noticed me in the halls but that now he does

i know he notices me now because im not the dat cow i used to be im skinny 
and beautiful i cant wait to get thinner im not going to fast for more than 2 weeks
i dont want to starve to death haha

im just gonna fast for another week then im going to try to only eat 500 cals a day
or less
then after doing that for 2 weeks
im going to fast again for 2 weeks


when the school year starts next year i hope to be at least 115
im going to be so thin and everyone will want to be friends with me 
and ill get all the boys i want 
and ill be prettier 
fitting in a size 0
i want girls to envy me
and to want to be skinny like me

Fasting Day 2 & 3

yesterday went by so quick i didnt eat anything at all just drank water

but today was a killer i felt so hungry when i woke up this morning 
but i just went for a jog and then i danced to some music and i felt better

the hunger pains have been happening every time i wake up from like sleeping, a little nap, and even like if i dose off 

so like if i just keep myself busy on something its like the hunger pains go away 
and i have already lost 4lbs so now im 152lbs im so happy 

4 lbs in 3 days thats amazing 
i am definitely going to keep fasting and exercising

Fasting Day 1

it started out pretty good till 
around 10a.m. when i started craving 
for a ham and cheese sandwich 
i went and bout the sandwich and ate
it and it took me a good hour to eat it 
because i felt so guilty for eating it 
i felt like a fat sloppy whore that couldn't 
control themselves so when i was done eating it 
i felt out of control so i got back into control
by purging no one was in the bathroom when
i started it but a security guard walked in and asked me if i was 
okay and i just said i drank some sour milk and its really upsetting my stomach 
you have to have a lot of excuses handy if you want to keep this a secret 
i dont think i am going to eat dinner tonight but if my mom starts acting weird 
then i have to but ill just eat really slow and drink lots of water in between 
so i can say im full being anorexic is a full time job with great benefits 
no one likes a fat sloppy girl
every guy wants a girl they can pick up and buy cute petite things for them 
im tired off losing weight and then gaining it all back 
i never took my ED serious before but now i know 
that my ED is a lifestyle and i have to take control and be serious about the results i want 
 well this is the end of this blog im going to go work out for about 3 hours yes i know thats 
a long time but like i said im serious and i have a goal to reach

The Thin Commandments


  • If you aren't thin, you aren't attractive.
  • Being thin is more important than being healthy.
  • You must buy clothes, cut your hair, take laxatives, starve yourself, and do anything to make yourself look thinner.
  • Thou shall not eat without feeling guilty.
  • Thou shall not eat fattening food without punishing oneself afterwards.
  • Thou shall count calories and restrict intake accordingly.
  • What the scale says is the most important thing.
  • Losing weight is good/ gaining weight is bad.
  • You can never be too thin.
  • Being thin and not eating are signs of true will power and success.
  • If you are thin, you will be loved and accepted

    Fasting

    i plan on fasting this whole week 
    if i can make it through one week
    then i will continue it for another
    week till i hit the 25-30 day limit

    im taking control of my life 
    i am currently 156lbs at 5'11in. 
    im 15 years old and my goal weight 
    for now is 132lbs once i get to 132lbs
    i plan on going to 155lbs-110lbs

    i dont care what people have to say 
    i am pro ana 
    and im happy with that
